cupping works to lift the superficial muscles and target local pain, resulting in improved circulation, pain alleviation, and improved range of motion. in this full session dedicated to soaking in the restorative power of cups, we will locate areas of stubborn tension and apply the cups to the affected and surrounding musculature. vacuum suction style cups are used so as to be able to adjust required pressure precisely. light bruising is normal, but not painful.
